About Confirming Your Reservation
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, your reservation may not have been completed. Please contact us. Before contacting us, please check your spam folder. Please avoid using carrier email (Docomo, au, SoftBank) and use PC email or Gmail.
Online Reservation Deadline
Online reservations are accepted up until 3 hours before departure. Reservations after that must be made by email.
If there are available tickets (regular price), we may be able to accommodate you.
For those using the Amakusa Takarajima Line
Reservations are required for both the Amakusa Takarajima Line and dolphin watching.
Discounts
Only online discounts apply to online reservations.
If you wish to receive a group discount, please make your reservation by email and purchase your tickets at the reception counter inside Mio Camino Amakusa on that day.
Ticket Collection
Please exchange your tickets at the Mio Camino Amakusa reception counter at least 20 minutes before departure.It gets crowded just before departure, so please make sure you arrive with plenty of time.
Passengers using the Amakusa Takarajima Line who plan to go dolphin watching should be sure to come to Mio Camino reception counter after arrive at Matsushima Port.

Payment Errors/Inquiries Regarding the Procedure
Reservations can be made via email. Please contact the SEA CRUISE(cruise@seacruise.jp) with the following information:
- Name
- Plan Name
- Number of Guests
- Date and Time
- Other Requests

Departure Notes (Please Read)
- Dolphin watching tours require a minimum of two adults. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate solo travelers even after confirmation.
- Retry tickets are only available when there are oter reservation. on cruises where you are sharing a cruise with other guests. They cannot be used if there are no other reservations. Please make your reservation by email.
- The ship will be changed depending on the number of guests on board.
- The captain may cancel the cruise due to weather conditions or other reasons. The final decision is made one hour before departure. We will contact you when there is a high possibility to cancel because of the weather or if the captain decides to cancel. So please be sure to check the email on the day.
- Please consult in advance if you are prone to motion sickness or are pregnant.
- Please refrain from bringing pets on board.
